The place was great. The kids enjoyed the pool. We loved it was close to the beach. We hope to visit again soon!

My family had the best time during our stay at this adorable house! It is so hard to find an actual beach house for smaller families, that not only has a pool, but is also a short walk to the beach. This house is it!! It is in the absolute BEST location! The beach was literally a 4 minute walk and because it’s near the state park, you don’t have the crowds like you do in other areas. It was also nice to have two access points to the beach and be in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool was the cherry on top and was where we relaxed after we came back from the beach. It was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!

Overall, we had a great trip! Everyone agreed the house was “good”. The location was great, an easy walk to the beach and to other businesses in Grayton Beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The house had all the items you’d need, but several small issues that we noted. A few items that would have made us give 5 stars:-the quality of the TVs was poor, and only the one in the living room worked-there is absolutely no shade on the pool deck, we had to set up our beach canopy to enjoy it in the daytime-there was no place to put any items in the primary shower-the toilet seat would not stay up in the primary bathroom-there are only 4 chairs at the table, even though there’s 3 bedrooms, and the stools fell apart when we sat on them-there is no pantry for dry goods, so we had to use the majority of the counter space for our items
