Very nice, rooftop excellent

Everything was excellent

I love the pool, the views and the location

The location is great and the staff are pleasant and professional. The rooftop bar and cafe on site are both convenient and enjoyable.

The room was dirty and not clean at all. There was dust and dirt on all the furniture. The benchtop was covered in grit that had to be cleaned before we could use it. The tile floor has obviously not been washed for sometime as our feet were black underneath after walking barefoot in it for a couple of minutes and had debris stuck to them. A couch cushion had I don’t know what all over it. The glass bedroom dividing wall has grime and who knows what else all over it and clearly hasn’t been cleaned for sometime. The walls are grimy and the skirting tiles around the bottom of the walls have dirt and grime all built up on them. The whole room just needs a good deep clean!

- Location to the city was great, you can still walk to most places. Outside noise was also not an issue. - The staff at the breakfast Cafe were always really welcoming and helpful. The food was also nice. - We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the common area size was really good for our family of 3. - The rooftop bar was great. - The swimming pool was lovely and a good size. It was also never busy so we got the pool to ourselves most days. - 15 min drives from the airport, and 5 minute drive to the waterfront. - Okay value for money.

- The floor in our room was filthy and clearly hadn't been mopped or cleaned prior to our arrival, so our feet and socks were always black on the soles after walking around the apartment with no shoes on. - We organized a cot with the hotel for our baby and it was awful. It was really old fashioned, not sturdy and felt more like a hazard as the breaks didn't really work when clicked on. The cot also barely fit in the bedroom with us so every night we put out baby to bed, we had to climb over the bed with the baby to do so. - The dining chairs had nails sticking out of the cushion so when we sat down it poked us; we didn't sit on these chairs for the rest of the week. - Now if like us, you find it beneficial to have a restaurant on site, this may not be the best place for you to stay. Pictures online showed dinner meals served at the hotel but this isn't true. The hotel Cafe serves breakfast until 10.30am, then it closes. There is no other option for food on sit as they do not offer lunch or dinner, no room service. If you want snacks for lunch you have to buy them from the Cafe prior to it's closure. The pictures online are very deceiving. No hot chips by the pool etc. - When we first checked in, I believed the cost of the cot was added to the room for payment, as it had been mentioned before getting the keys. However, when I checked out they informed me this hadn't been added and charged me $30. Ensure you check what you're being charged for as the communication is not great. - The towels for both the bathroom and the pool were absolutely covered in stains (red and brown stains). Thankfully we bought beach towels with us, but it wasn't great that each time we got fresh towels for the bathroom, they were also stained a lot. - It was stated online that the resort had a small play area for kids, but it did not.
