This newly built 50 m² apartment is located in a quiet rural area of La Matanza de Acentejo, in North Tenerife. Tastefully decorated and designed to accommodate up to three people, its design ensures that all rooms face directly outwards. It is the ideal accommodation for couples or small families seeking a peaceful retreat with views of the sea and mountains.
The great protagonist of this dwelling is its spectacular private outdoor space, completely fenced. It features a pleasant terrace of 30 square metres that leads to a beautiful exclusive garden of 250 square metres. From this area, facing the ocean, you will be able to enjoy impressive sunsets every afternoon. Furthermore, as a welcoming detail and reflection of the agricultural environment of the area, we offer our guests seasonal fruit grown on our own estate.
Inside, the apartment is modern and highly functional. The living area has internet connection, a 40-inch television with international satellite channels and central heating for your complete comfort. The lounge integrates openly with a complete American-style gas kitchen. It has everything necessary for long stays: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and small appliances, as well as a practical washer-dryer. The layout is completed with a bedroom and a modern bathroom equipped with a spacious shower.
Although you will enjoy complete privacy in your home and private garden, the estate has excellent communal areas shared only with eight other apartments. You will have access to a heated communal swimming pool surrounded by landscaped areas with sea views, a barbecue area and an open-air car park with two spaces at your disposal.
Despite being in a rural and quiet environment, the location is very convenient for exploring the island. Just two kilometres away you have the centre of La Matanza de Acentejo, supermarkets and the bathing area of El Caletón. Popular black sand beaches such as Mesa del Mar are about seven kilometres away, whilst Tenerife North Airport is situated just a quick 15 kilometres away.

Once again we had a wonderful and very relaxing time in this apartment.
The apartment is very well equipped and everything in the apartment was in perfect condition. The friendliness and helpfulness of the team was fantastic.
In the holiday complex we love the peace and the view and are already looking forward to coming back.
