An approved dog under 25lbs is allowed as long as it stays off the furniture, is clean, and is house trained with the pet fee. This non-smoking condominium complex has 2 huge pools that are heated in the winter. The home is equipped with a blender, coffee pot, pot’n’pans, microwave, dishwasher, 2 flat screen TVs with 6 HBO, 4 ESPN, and cable channels, linens, bath towels, 5 pillows, iron, and dishes. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property for your convenience. This is a 3rd Floor Condo with no Elevator, there are two stairs that are very easy.

Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at beach. Other activities include dolphin watch, skydiving, surfing, fishing, bird and turtle reserves, horseback riding, golfing, four-wheeling, and many more.
