Circa 1890, this sweet and character-filled cottage will have you feeling right at home. Guests will love the cosy beds, gas log fireplace and the amazing patio that is perfect for a local glass of wine or for unwinding with your favourite book.

Our home has a gas log fire place in the main lounge area, and a split system in the main bedroom.
There is an additional freestanding electric heater and pedestal for use in the second bedroom.
There are two ceiling fans, one located in the second living area and the other in the main bedroom.

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

Our area is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience the best of Orange. This quiet residential neighborhood is conveniently located near all the local attractions, shops, and restaurants that make Orange such a wonderful place to visit.
In the neighbourhood, you'll find several parks such as Cook Park and Elephant Park to enjoy a morning walk or picnic, and there are also plenty of local shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Our top picks for your morning coffee are Byng St Cafe, Anything Grows and Omar Academy Coffee which are all within a 10 minutes walk.
Birdie, Raku Izakaya and The Union Bank are all a short walk from the home and are incredible restaurants. 'The Sonic' - home to Jumbled and Gather Cafe are also close by for your shopping fix and a bite to eat.
Some of our best vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 5-10 minutes by car. Phillip Shaw being the closest at only a 5 minutes drive away.

This sweet country cottage is located next to an absolutely picturesque perfect park and in walking distance to some delicious cafes.The interiors were beautifully inviting and kept very clean.The fireplace kept us warm cozy and the couches were very comfortable. We would definitely love to stay again!

Elm Cottage was fabulous. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Located close to everything. Small enough to feel cosy and big enough to spread out and relax. Will stay again.

A little more attention to detail would’nt go un noticed.Over all cleannesses/ matinees needs in proving Beds are comfortable Shower lovely Great location.
