Frescoed apartment, located on the second floor, overlooking the canal, consisting of two rooms, both with two queen beds each, two bathrooms with showers, and a large living area with sofa and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave.
There is a sofa bed in the apartment.
The building does not have an elevator.
On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

Beautiful property and very spacious. It was a convenient location close to excellent restaurants. It was a short walk to the vaparetto. It was also close to the Rialto bridge. I would only recommend the addition of a couple conveniences within the apartment such as extra hooks for towels in the bathrooms and shelves within the showers to place toiletries.

This apartment was amazing, clean, and in a great location. I would highly recommend this place for a family to stay comfortably.

The location was perfect, but unfortunately we had several issues during our stay. The hot water barely worked — it was mostly cold, with only a few seconds of hot water at a time — and the apartment was freezing because the heater did not work properly. The property told us they were going to repair the hot water issue, but it was never fixed. In addition, there wasn’t even coffee available for breakfast in the morning.
