Hilltop Oasis
Hilltop Oasis is a beautifully updated home in the heart of Saugatuck, perfectly situated within walking distance of shops, restaurants, galleries, and the waterfront boardwalk. Enjoy early morning coffee strolls, afternoon picnics in the park, or a casual dinner out, while Lake Michigan's Oval Beach, Douglas Beach, and Saugatuck Dunes State Park are just minutes away by car.
The main living area is bright and inviting, with large windows, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. The adjacent dining nook comfortably seats eight and overlooks the large, fenced backyard. Step out onto the back deck to enjoy al fresco meals at the outdoor dining table, or gather around the fire pit in Adirondack-style chairs for evening s'mores and conversation. A gas grill in the driveway makes cooking easy, while the yard provides ample space for outdoor fun or quiet relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, modern appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals at home.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed and Smart TV, while two guest bedrooms upstairs each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo. Down a half level, a fourth bedroom with two twin beds sits near a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing flexible space for families or friends.
The basement has been transformed into a vibrant social hub and home theater, featuring a projector screen, comfortable seating, and space for gatherings, game nights, or movie marathons. A second refrigerator and washer/dryer make this level practical for longer stays or large families.
With modern updates, a classic cottage charm, and versatile spaces for both relaxation and socializing, Hilltop Oasis is the perfect retreat for a memorable Saugatuck getaway, just moments away from the best shops, restaurants, and waterfront attractions the town has to offer.

The home was neat and clean and a well-stocked kitchen. Great appliances, both bathrooms very nice. Comfy beds too. A few windows had no curtains or shades and lacked privacy at nighttime. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return to the property.

Very nice property close to downtown.Would have been nice to have a streaming package on the TV. The guys wanted to watch football games on Saturday afternoon/evening.

Nice place, good location. The air conditioning was not great. The lower room was very hot and upper rooms very cold. I was surprised with the 10am check out as well. But overall decent property.
