The condo is very well located in downtown PDC on the beach, walking distance to everything downtown. Well appointed space, upscale decor, and has everything you need in the kitchen. We'll be back!

Stevens condo on the beach was Perfect! The place was exactly like the pictures, beautiful, clean and we loved the ability to walk out the patio down to the pool. Which overlooked the beach and ocean ( especially nice if it’s seagrass season) the beach front was well maintained and next door to “INTI” beach club where the staff would bring you food and drinks. Also a short walk to the Ferry terminal to Cozumel. We also liked that the grounds were gated and added an extra touch of safety, not that we felt unsafe in any way! Edith was our go to person and she was so Lovely. She answered any questions we had., arranged for our transportation to and from the airport and made sure we had everything we needed.

Everything was fantastic. The place is absolutely amazing. Edith welcomed us on the first day. The one time I had a small issue, she returned my message promptly and the problem was an internet outage that had nothing to do with the place or management, just an outage in the area which was corrected within 4 hours.
