No English speaking staff, apart from a young lady who was not always present.

Clean, good location, friendly staff
There is a big dog that walks freely inside the place. While the dog is sweet and I like animals it was uncomfortable for my little kid. Some people with allergies might have issue with it. Upon our arrival it was the dog that opened the hotel door, no people around, I was afraid.

The steam bath and jacuzzi were great. The food and staff were also amazing.
The bed was too soft for me personally.

The location is good, the room was decent. A staff member helped us get to the location when we couldn't find the place.
Upon arrival, the office/lounge was smoked and untidy.
The landlady did not seem very pleasant and welcoming.
Breakfast was tasty, yet small and not very balanced.
