ND Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at ND Hotel. The man on the desk was lovely, he went above and beyond to store my luggage prior to check in and then when I arrived later in the day to check in he had kindly taken my suitcase to my room. The room had all the basic facilities I needed: a fan and heater, a smart TV, a fridge. The only down side was the room was slightly dusty and could have done with a hoover and mop especially in places that were not initially visible by the eye eg under the bed. However, for the price it was a great stay and in a brilliant location. I will definitely be back!

Location was perfect. The spot is small and it’s a bit beaten down but it was still a good stay and did the job for a great fair price.

Staff was courteous and friendly room was nice and clean

The location was really good it is near Kensington Palace and there are lots of shops and cafes/restaurants nearby so you can buy breakfast as the hotel does not provide it. I was worried about some terrible reviews on Google after booking but I needn’t have worried. The hotel may have been a bit run down with cracks, dents and marks on the walls and limescale on the taps but it was clean with no sign of bedbugs. I don’t know what all the rooms are like but I recommend room 16, I liked being able to book the room that I was staying in from the photos on expedia. At check-in they did not ask for a breakage deposit like some google reviews mentioned but they did ask for ID which is unusual for a domestic stay in this country. There is an electric fan in the room which was really good in this hot weather. My hotel stay was acceptable for the price, if the hotel was renovated it would probably be a lot more expensive. The hotel’s real name is New Dawn hotel not ND hotel could it be called ND hotel on expedia to escape the bad reviews on google?
