The hotel was conveniently located next to cabravale club which has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a bar. I liked the in house Dining, plenty of choices but can be very expensive. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had a good water pressure and the toiletries provided were of high quality and they smelt great. The staff were very helpful and helped me a lot with transferring to two rooms and they even upgraded my room to levels 6 and. 7.

It was a bit dark in the room even if all lights were on. The walls were thin so any smell and noise’s will sift through the walls. I had to change two rooms due to strong smell of a man’s aftershave. It was rather scary for me but the staff were accommodating and helpful to give me alternative rooms at a short notice . Even if you asked the chamber maid to clean the room , they won’t do it. So I was disappointed to experience this. The breakfast buffet had limited choice of food and was a bit pricey. Overall, despite the uncomfortable moments in the old rooms, I managed to stay for 6 days.
