Staff was friendly very attentive

Hotel was old out dated mold in bathroom paint peeling and dusty

Bed was comfy, location good, pool nice

Room was outdated for a 4star. Bathroom was shocking.. Leaking,noisy taps, mouldy,bodgy paint job over rusted drain in bathtub - definitely not a 4star. Only had 2 towels for 2 people, too bad oif you wanted to wash your hair... The toiletries were empty or what was in them had gone hard TV remote didn't work Paid top dollar for a unappetizing breakfast... Should have saved my money and went next door to Maccas... Rydges Bankstown do some maintenance or drop yr prices... As for the breakfast.. Don't bother...

The staff are lovely and very helpful

I was very disappointed by the room, it is very rundown and the bathroom was unpleasant. I paid extra for the spa bath but it was in such a bad state and overrun by roaches so not a place I could comfortably soak and destress.

Nice general facilities and the breakfast was good. The room was fair beds comfortable. Nice small shopping mall a short walk away.

The bathroom could do with a scrub, scale in the bath and tap ware, grout discoloured. My son had a bath and when he pulled the plug water came up out of the drain on the bathroom floor and soaked his clothes

1. The place is in dire need of renovations and paint. 2. The room and curtains/windows were filthy 3. Toilet wouldn’t flush but kept leaking all night - shower head was useless and shower curtain hadn’t been changed or cleaned for ages. 4. No soundproofing between neighbouring rooms or from the all night highway noise outside - didn’t get much sleep! 5. Had someone under guard and locked in slide the room a few doors down with the security guards sitting outside and talking on their phones all night with a nice pile of medical waste, old bandages and an overflowing rubbish bin filled with emptied food containers and fruit peelings on the floor rotting away for added aroma!
