Alle waren sehr nett, ist direkt gegenüber der Termini Bahnhof und ist nicht laut. Klimaanlage war optimal.

War alles ok, Gebäude war alt aber das ist normal.

Very convenient location being right across from Roma Termini! Staff were very helpful and went over and beyond.

The first day the wifi wasn’t working properly in the room. However, staff worked on this and the next day it was fixed with a new wifi connection for me!! They even brought us an extra pillow, plates, cutlery etc to make our stay more enjoyable.

卫生间有点反味

Super convenient location easy access to the main station, which is what we needed for a one night stay. I love the window and being able to look outside and see the other neighbouring apartments. 1-2 nights I’d definitely stay here for convenience.

The area was super busy at night till wee hours of the morning. The bathroom is super narrow and the shower is definitely the narrowest I’ve ever encountered but I was content with running hot water and decent water pressure. Upon checking in they put us in a smoking room and swiftly moved us to a non-smoking room which was great! Down side? The toilet was clearly just used by someone, and they kindly left a display of such use in the dirty toilet bowl. And the beds, they are joined singles however not very well joined as I found myself slipping through that gap and like many other reviews, the beds are SO SOFT, and bow in the centre area. Not great but survivable!
