The apartment was quite spacious, clean and location was very convenient to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.
The toilet on ground floor (near the kitchen) had really an unpleasant sewage smell. It was very clean though but the odour is quite disturbing.

La ubicación 👌🏼
Camas y almohadas muy cómodas
Toallas y sábanas de recambio.
No funciona el Aire Acondicionado de la planta superior.

Location, modern and new
Dirty fan and dust in many corners. Only one air system for 2 story apartment; that is why the basement is freezing cold and the ground floor is hot. My wife and all 3 sons get sick because of that.

Location was close to main attractions and midway between Duomo and Brera neighborhood. Public transportation close by.
Apartment was very private, has a TV with lots of channels to chill after long walks.
Has two bathrooms and two fully private bedrooms.

I wouldn't want my older parents there, the bedrooms require going down a steep staircase, with the suitcases it can be tricky for older people.
The ground floor with the kitchen and living room is not as cold as the bedrooms as the cold air goes down (but the additional fan really helped).
The overhead shower splashes a little and gets the floor wet - not a deal breaker.
