Sin dudas lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. Pleno centro, inmejorable. Pero no es solo eso, el resto está a la altura de las circunstancias. Muy cómodo, limpieza impecable, camas cómodas (tal vez se podría mejorar el colchón matrimonial para ser perfecto, pero esta a ese nivel, detalles para ser prefecto). Tuvimos un inconveniente porque no encontrábamos sábanas y nos lo resolvieron inmediatamente mediante videollamada. Tuvimos que pedir otra sabana, y nos la alcanzaron inmediatamente. Realmente muy satisfechos. Relación precio calidad excelente.

鉤の受け渡しにスタッフの立会いがあり、安心しました。 部屋が想像以上に広く、デザインもよく、清潔感もあり、非常に快適に過ごせました。今回２泊でしたが、もっともっと滞在したいと思いました。 地下鉄の駅からすぐで、また「ミラノ・マルペンサ国際空港（MXP）」への直通電車「マルペンサエクスプレス」が出ている「Milano Cadorna駅」へも徒歩圏内で、想定通り立地がよくとっても便利でした。 また、浴室の一つに湯船（バスタブ）があり、日本人にとってはありがたかったです。

We stayed in this apartment for three nights as a family of five, with our children aged between 12 and 19, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect. The apartment was very easy to reach by car, and we were able to park in a nearby underground car park at a very reasonable price. From there, it was only about an 8–10 minute walk to the apartment. Check-in was also very easy using a door code and worked perfectly. The apartment was ideal for a three-night stay, particularly because we visited at the end of July when temperatures were around 35–40°C. It is located right in the city centre, only about a five-minute walk from the Duomo. This meant we could easily return to the apartment during the hottest part of the day to rest and cool down. For example, we visited the Duomo in the morning, spent the hottest part of the afternoon back at the apartment and then went out again later. With those temperatures, this was a huge advantage. Everything else is also within easy walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and a Carrefour supermarket just a few minutes away. The beautiful Brera district is also only a short walk from the apartment. For us, the location is definitely the biggest advantage of this accommodation. All the main sights can easily be reached on foot. Regarding the apartment itself: There is one bedroom with a double bed and a children’s bedroom which can accommodate up to four people. Two of the beds are pull-out beds. Our children slept comfortably there, and there was still enough space for their suitcases. The living room is large and spacious, although the sofa does not provide enough seating for five people. The dining table in the living room is large enough for five. There is also a small dining area in the kitchen, but it is quite cramped and, in our opinion, suitable for no more than two people at a time. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need.

The bedrooms and living room, however, are furnished with rather old furniture. It is quite clear that the apartment has not been furnished specifically for holiday rentals. Instead, it feels as though existing furniture from the previous occupants has simply been retained. The beds in the children’s room in particular are more functional than comfortable. They worked perfectly well for our three-night stay, but guests should not expect a modern or high-end interior. The seating in the living room is also somewhat limited for a family of five, and the small dining area in the kitchen is quite cramped. Despite these points, we would definitely stay here again. For our purposes – a three-night city trip with five people – the apartment was very suitable. The outstanding location is the main reason. Being able to quickly return to the apartment at any time, take a break and then continue exploring on foot was extremely convenient, especially in the heat. If you are looking for a modern, high-end and stylishly furnished apartment, you may find the interior a little dated. However, if you are looking for a centrally located, well-equipped and air-conditioned apartment for a city trip, we can definitely recommend it.
