The room space and the accuracy of the information provided in the Booking.com were perfectly matching with the actual room. Recommended for Families, Couples and it's nearby to the TBA. Greate value for money. Moreover, a foreigner can use the public transports such as M/S Isani station as it is walking distance.

If you prefer to have the breakfast in the facility, please go as early as possible.

Достаточно места для всех. Чисто, тихо, прохладно, летом шикарно. Нас было 5, но на данной вилле можно было бы расположиться и 7рым.

В спальне мало розеток, но мы выкрутились . ПЫТАЛИСЬ СПИСАТЬ СРЕДСТВА С КАРТЫ! Осторожней, мы оплатили наличными, на второй день проживание приходит сообщение от букинга, что мол карта не действительна, объект не может списать средства.

Я відпочивала 3 ночі і кожного дня мені прибирали в номер (виносили сміття та приносили 2 бутилочки водички) і та міняли рушники .В мене був 4поверх та краевид з мого номеру був бездоганний. Я начебто побувала у Парижі з видом на ейфеліву вежу. У ночі вона світилася різними кольорами. Номер просторий. Усе працювало. Розташування супер. Станція метро декілька хвилин , продуктові та різноманітні магазини та маленькі ларчики з домашньою випічкою ( хачапурі...) , Банки поруч , де можна міняти валюту, гарна майстриня перукар та манікюр поруч . Все сподобалося. Дякую

Не сподобалося те,що є запах курців в лобі та на поверхах та дуже погане фінансування сніданку. Дівчина дуже охайна та привітливо і робе все можливе сама,але це дуже важко і готувати і прибирати одній людині. Для сніданку потрібно сирники, млинці .салати та мʼясна та сирна нарізка. Тобто фуршет слабкий,але голодна ч не була і дякую за гостинність. З повагою Людмила

The room is actually quite nice and the air conditioning worked good. I really liked the washroom. The shower was very nice. Also, the hotel is kind of secluded which I liked. I felt it was in a safe area. I used Bolt to get there and it worked great. The receptionists are very kind. I would stay there again because I can handle a little bit of noise at night, but they shouldn’t advertise sound proof walls lol.

The walls are paper thin. You will be able to hear everything. Lol they literally have a train station right near their hotel that runs through the night. I also misheard the front desk receptionist when she told me the price for the laundry. I ended up paying roughly $21 USD for 2kg of laundry which is insane to me. Overall, for the price, it’s not terrible, but they advertised sound proof walls which they were not. I also typically would not complain at all about the noise because I can generally handle it but I was on the 4th floor and could hear conversations from the 1st floor.
