Location Location Location :) The apartment is big and comfortable it was clean

Bathroom very small and there is only one with no separate toilet The appt is on 3rd floor with no elevator and narrow stairs Finding the location was hard. We tried to call the no. but were routed to voice mail

Location was perfect. Short walk from the rail station and close to so many restaurants and cafes. Very clean and comfortable.

The property was in a good place and very clean with everything we needed

The stairs as there was a lot of them to go up

A clean and spacious flat in an excellent location. Kitchen facilities were excellent and the beds were comfortable. The flat has a nice view overlooking a beautiful University building. The location is excellent too, in easy walking distance of the main station, the Royal Mile and all the most popular tourist spots. Internet connection and smart TV were top notch.

Access was trickier than necessary - the Google maps link sent us to the door of number 13, flat 6, instead of number 6 flat 13. Once past that hurdle, the stairs are a bit grim. Once we had the key, it was very difficult to make the lock open, but persistence paid off. There was however always a nagging worry whenever we went out that we wouldn't be able to get back in again! The blind controls are hard to access and anyone under 6 feet will have trouble reaching. There was no hot water pressure in the kitchen or bathroom taps. Fortunately the shower is electric. With a few easy to fix adjustments this apartment could be 9/10.
