Studios & Spa Suites Rigiblick

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Besonders die ruhige Atmosphäre und der schöne Ausblick haben uns gefallen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Unterkunft ist exzellent schön gelegen, mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Es ist sehr ruhig und das Ambiente ist modern. Für vier Personen ist ein Zimmer für längere Zeit etwas klein, für eine Übernachtung aber ok.

Leider haben nicht aller Küchengeräte funktioniert (bspw. der Wasserkocher) und ein paar Stellen war es etwas unsauber.

Spacious room overlooking the city! Modern furniture and very friendly staff. Definitely coming back when i am in Zurich next time.

The location was very convenient since the public transport was close by. We could get to the center and Hallenstadium in less than 30 min

Firstly, the place was not very clean. We could see hand traces on the wall and other traces on the windows, the bed was not centered at all (and we tried not to guess what happened in there before us ). The bed lamps did not work as well. But most importantly the place was not conform the pictures showed on booking. We booked for 4 people, thinking it would at least have 2 separate areas for sleeping but we found the sofa bed was in front of the main bed, and only a weird curtain system to separate them. Was quite funny but very uncomfortable. The bathroom as well had no doors and the toilets had one… but made out of glass. Not so private if I can say… anyways the room offered was supposed to be suitable for 4 people. It definitely is not. Happy that we did not book it for longer than a weekend. Thankfully the person at the reception gifted us one of the parking place we had booked, to make it up. Even if it is not acceptable to book something and find so many bad surprises.
