Savoy Court Hotel

Location is absolutely incredible

There was no bin in the room

The location was good for the places I wanted to go, although possibly in the more run down area of Eastbourne. Only just down the road to the beach. The building was a little tired and the lift didn't work but for the price I think it was worth what I paid. The room was a little on the warm side so glad I wasn't there in the very hot weather. I used the fan in the room a lot. The staff were really friendly. No breakfast provided, which was fine by me, but just so other travellers know.

Bed was a bit hard but I still slept quite well. Lots of nice soft to medium pillows.

The location, very close to the pier was ideal. The room was very clean and had been recently decorated including a new carpet. It was very good value for money. The staff were helpful. It was great being able to park outside the hotel. Parking permits cost £2.50 per day. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

This would not stop us returning but as was said in previous reviews the toilet & wash hand basin is separate from the shower. The toilet & wash hand basin area is very compact and movement when at the basin was restrictive if the sliding door was closed.. We could see that it could be difficult for some people.
