The Space:

Welcome to a luxurious waterfront retreat on Balboa Island. This is a private, full 2-story home with no shared walls and no shared spaces, so every room, deck, and amenity is for your group alone. Private garage parking fits one car (two can fit snugly), with room for a car in front of the garage and additional street parking adhering to city restrictions.

BEDROOMS

The upstairs primary suite features a king size bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub, a standing shower, and dual sinks. Wake up to breathtaking water views, with a makeup vanity by the window for perfect lighting and a view of the bay from the chair.

On the main level, the second bedroom is accessible without stairs and offers a cozy queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom is also on the main level and includes a twin bed with a trundle underneath for versatile sleeping arrangements.

The workspace area on the main level includes a leather couch that transforms into a bed. This space does not have blinds, so you will wake up to direct, unobstructed views of the water.

LIVING & DINING

The upstairs living room is a haven of relaxation with reclining sofas and a dining table for six that extends for larger gatherings. A TV with major streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix is paired with surround sound, and expansive windows frame sweeping views of the bay as the sun sets.
