Free parking on premises. There is also a disabled parking spot at the guest entrance.



➤ Are pets allowed?

We are not accepting pets at this time.



➤ What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.



➤ How many guests can stay?

Six maximum.



➤ Do we have to cross the road to reach the beach?

No. A private path runs from the property to the sand.



➤ What's in the tiki hut?

It runs 20' x 20' with outdoor dining, a grill and seating. Please note, this is a shared amenity with the back home.



➤ Can we book both bungalows?

Yes. Book this cottage on its own, or pair it with the Oceanfront Boho Bungalow Breeze next door when the

calendar allows. Together they sleep 12.



➤ Can we host an event here?

Weddings under 50 people are allowed under City of Indian Rocks Beach ordinance. x on any event fee or approval

process.

Guest Access:

You have the entire cottage, the private path to the beach and the 20' x 20' tiki hut. Public beach access sits almost on the sand nearby. The second bungalow next door is separate unless you book both.



The Neighborhood:

Indian Rocks Beach is a small, residential Gulf Coast community — unhurried, neighborly & refreshingly unpretentious. Please respect quiet hours in the evenings and follow local community guidelines.



Getting Around:

The beach is out the back door and Gulf Blvd shops sit within a few blocks, but we do recommend bringing a car. John's Pass is 15 minutes south, Clearwater Marine Aquarium about 20 minutes north, Tampa International 34 minutes out. Two driveway spaces come with the cottage.



Other Things to Note:

• Tiki area & seating is a SHARED space

• Exterior security cameras are installed on the property.

•Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in place.

•Please follow the City of Indian Rocks Beach Noise and Occupancy Regulations during your stay.

•Six guests maximum.

•For everyone’s protection, we require either a small non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit at booking.



•Sea turtle nesting season runs May through October 🐢 If you notice nesting activity, please admire from a distance—protecting this beach is part of what makes it so special.

We give guests complete privacy to settle in and enjoy. All check-in details will be shared before arrival. We're always available through messaging and will respond promptly to anything you need.
