Given wrong room. Double charged and charged wrong amount. Dirty sheets.

i had booked on booking.com and it was not received. it was received the next day so they cancelled the one i paid with them (holiday inn)

our room. given a handicap room didn’t like the bathroom noisy, old didn’t feel clean.

Just the location

Sorry to say it was disappointing stay. The room fittings, corridors, Left and everything look like a cheap motels. This is not a holiday inn level at all

Key card reader at room door was finecky about how card was used. Heating system was noisy.

Location perfect , used for a hospital stay, accessible room , had walk in shower but poor water pressure

Room Had an obvious septic smell hubby poured water into floor drains but didn’t help. Only two cafe pods in room. No chairs in room

The food was great and the waiters and waitresses were wonderful. they were even able to provide me with gluten free toast. The rooms were wonderful as liked to get together for a couple games of cards before bedding down for the night and having the sitting room part made it excellent.

You could make the cost a little bit less however we understand in these times the cost of everything is going up. Try and leave cost at least where it is now.
