Comfort Suites

The inside of our room was great. Very clean. The hallways were okay. The walls are thin so we heard our neighbours who had their TV on the whole night.

The room was large and comfy.

The breakfast was ok. Large pet fee.

Love a stand up shower but the door closest to the shower tap didn’t open so you had to go in the shower turn the tap and jump out quick to wait for it warm up.

We had a comfortable 2-night stay. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The suite was very spacious, and I especially appreciated having a separate living area and bedroom—it made the space feel even more comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well. Complimentary breakfast is a plus. Overall, a great room and a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues that negatively affected my stay. Some of the bath towels were stained, and the bed sheets felt rough and of poor quality. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. While I understand that the hotel cannot fully control the behaviour of its guests, there were several groups of young people staying at the hotel who were extremely loud. There was loud music, people talking and shouting in the hallways, and a constant smell of cannabis on our floor. There was also a group yelling in the outdoor parking lot until around 4 a.m. Unfortunately, the noise continued throughout the night and I was unable to sleep at all, which significantly impacted my overall experience.
