Second day hotel guy was very rude. We asked for our room to be restocked with soap and shampoo and towels and to have our beds made and we came back after a long day at work and nothing was done at all we had to go to the front desk to request everything again and bring it up ourseleves. We were told by the check in guy that he had waved the $150 deposit for us he was very nice. We returned from work the next day and changed into regular clothes and as soon as he saw us based off of what we were wearing, he told us that the deposit is now mandatory all of the sudden and was very rude. We chose this hotel because of the pool and the pool heater was broken so they closed it. They said they would fix it the next day and then didn’t. We would have booked a cheaper hotel if that was the case.

Bed:-lousy thin blanket; down market single pillow each. Too small towels, bath towel no bigger than hand towel. No coffee maker in room. Pool water is dirty and pool needs repairs to bottom.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel and rooms smelled terrible. The mattresses and box springs were stained with god knows what kind of bodily fluids. The carpet was so damp we had to keep our shoes on. It took well over an hour to receive extra blankets. They provided a fan that was kept together by duct tape.

Held my $150 deposit (in addition to the room fee) for several days. Why is it that the charge can appear on my card before I even get back to my car after check-in but it takes 6 days to get reimbursed?

the first room I stayed in didn`t have working A/C, so I was moved to another room. The second room smelled like someone had smoked 30 packs of cigarettes in it. I decided to stay in the smokey room because I didn`t want to complain again. So, after deciding to stay in the smokey room I turned on the t.v only to find the sound worked but there was no picture. I did a hard reset of the t.v and the picture and sound both worked, but now the remote only controlled the sound and nothing else. I had to change channels with the buttons on the t.v. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but enough of an annoyance for me to not return there again.

The pool was great, as we used it a couple of times, we actually came to London to spend time at the beach, and thats what we did. air conditioning was a great bonus as ours was working great. Coffee was always appreciated in the morning, and a fridge and microwave was a great help too.

unfortunately there is always room for improvement, like getting higher toilets and better towels and better toilet paper. noise levels were great as the hotel was busy on the weekend. drug smokers are all over the place but it all depends on the clients you have coming in.
