Très bel emplacement, les employés étaient très sympathiques et l'hôtel était très propre.
Le stationnement était complet à notre arrivée à l'hôtel. Nous avons du utiliser le système de valet pour être en mesure de se stationner à l'hôtel.

The club lunch was nice with breakfast and dinner. The view of the restaurant was beautiful. It was also very convenient to stay there for us as they are pet friendly hotel. The beds were comfortable and the view at 34th floor was amazing! It is also nice to have a pool and our son really liked it.
I made reservation without breakfast, but it was not possible to upgrade including breakfast before I arrive at the hotel. When we arrive the prices were double compared to booking.com prices. That was a bad experience. Even the hotel is pet friendly, the room is not designed for cats where the bed headboard were leather and we covered them with linen. The locker room was chilly at pool floor. Also, there was no hair dryer.

Excellent location, fairly large rooms, super clean bathrooms (really sparkling), fast elevators in spite of the high volume of guests. The rooms were better than expected given the lobby. Great views
For the price, not a lot of features in the room. Very basic toiletries. All of the electronics had issues (eg charger on the table didn’t work, the hair dryer wasn’t hot - only blew out cold air). Terrible, manual checkout process. Really noisy. You can hear everything in the hallways at all times of day. Can’t believe that you cannot cast to the TV from your phone. Lastly, it is not possible that the hotel doesn’t offer secure wifi in today’s day and age. This is a major security risk waiting to happen. The dark, dusty parking lot really needs to be spruced up.

All of the above. The hotel is ideal for enjoying all of the downtown diversions, and still close enough if you want to explore other parts of the city. (Old Montreal, St Laurent Blvd, China town, the Old Port, little Italy).

Parking good. Elevator fast. Lively lobby.
Bed bugs. Add-ons to basic price. No fan in bathroom. Noises in hallway at night loud. Both room keycards did not work the next morning. Front desk was indifferent to the hassle (with a child, everything extra is a hassle), slow to respond, and entirely nonchalant about the matter. She said it was our fault because we put the cards next to “new generation phones”. Both cards, carried by two different people, in separate places? Come on. This is nonsense.

It was giving home vibes but the air condition was very bad, it made us all go home with a brutal cold. AND I didn’t not receive my secure deposit from the facility yet.
The air conditioner was full of dust and needs to be cleaned or checked before check in by the guests, it all explains by the sickness we caught from it.

L'apéro a été des plus agréable dans le resto de l'hôtel, le plateau de charcuterie à partager était délicieux. Nous avons apprécié le Confort exceptionnel des lits. LA proximité avec le Centre Bell et de nombreux restaurants a été d'une grande aide.
Le petit déjeuner devait être servi après l'heure du check out pour permettre aux gens de quitter la chambre à temps, mais terminer le séjour en douceur devant un petit déjeuner. Nous avons dû nous résoudre au Starbuck qui ne permet pas la même convivialité.

Hotel is perfect location for the Belle Center and close to shopping, restaurants and things to do. Easy parking (and affordable at $25 for the night and next day.) Hotel was beautiful and room was clean and comfy.
elevators did break or weren't working in the morning. They were trying to frantically fix them, but being on the 28th floor was a bit of an issue for a half hour or so.

Fizemos a reserva pela Booking e quando chegamos no hotel fomos informados que houve um erro no site e não havia quarto disponível. Quase dormimos na rua porque era tarde da noite (10 PM) e a cidade estava lotada. Foi horrível. E a Booking ainda não devolveu meu dinheiro porque este hotel não cancelou a reserva formalmente através do site.

The room was clean and the hotel was very well located. The breakfast served at the Sheraton Club was very good.

The hotel location was extremely close and conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. We parked our car at the hotel garage and walked to all of our destinations during our stay. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Staff was professional and friendly.

Location was great. I came for the weekend with a friend for a concert and an event. The location was awesome and staff were very friendly.
I can't think of much I didn't like. The price was quite expensive but, we were coming during a very busy weekend. Besides that no major concerns.
