Fabulous location. Stylish facilities with an excellent Pan Asian restaurant. Staff was very helpful. Love that they are a partner hotel for Bota Bota spa so we received a discount on services.

Cleaning staff came late in day and forgot new coffee pods so we’re a slight disappointment.

hotel bar chairs were filthy, floors were dirty, room needed a deep clean

housekeeping left our door open one day service in the restaurant / bar was incredibly slow we ordered eggs Benedict one day only to be told they had run out of hollondaise sauce. yet we could still have eggs. if you have eggs and butter, you have hollondaise sauce. similar experience the next day with pancakes.

Loved the funky decor, staff were wonderful, location was superb. on site restaurant was delicious - included breakfast - DELICIOUS♥️ can’t wait to come back😊

Breakfast only included the basics - drinking a cappuccino instead of a black coffee cost 8CAD more Lamp in the bathroom was turning on and off sporadically.
