Best Western Plus Cairn Croft Hotel

We enjoyed the comfort and accessibility of our room(courtyard view). Before pool closed it was lively in the courtyard and then after it was quiet and relaxing.

Unfortunately our first room had toilet issues. However we had a nice worker come by and “fix” it. After we left and came back the toilet was still not flushing properly but the staff quickly moved us and gave us breakfast which truly wasn’t needed but a very nice addition. Amazing work by the staff and the quick response to a problem.

Close to many fast food and grocery store for last minute items

The courtyard closes at 11. If you wanted to enjoy time relaxing outside your room after 11 it was hard to find a place

Closeness to activities and restaurants.

Kids had lots of room to explore and move around indoors.

The hotel looks better in pictures and could use major tlc. The carpet in our room was scary looking, there were dust and hair balls travelling down the hallways, and the genera hotell area as expected this far up Lundy's lane gets a little busy with "characters" roaming around and panhandling from early in the morning until late at night. We come to Niagara several times a year and usually stay within Clifton Hill or the new casino area. We chose this location for the pool and sadly it was way smaller than expected and honestly Instagram influencers I am convinced had been paid for the ad as to which I fell for this time.
