The location is perfect, can not ask for more!!

We've stayed at this hotel several times. We like the university location and closeness to the park. The hotel rooms are large, clean and comfortable.
I had a bit of trouble finding a temporary parking spot to unload luggage as a large bus took most of the hotel entrance, but underground self-parking is available across the street.

The hotel was ideally located in the heart of Montreal’s Entertainment District, with easy access to cafés, restaurants and shopping. Sainte-Catherine Street is also just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore the area on foot and enjoy a wide variety of dining options throughout the day. The hotel also has an excellent Indian restaurant, which was an added bonus.
The rooms and furniture are somewhat dated and could benefit from a modern revamp. However, the room was very clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay.

Location and cleanliness was good.
Everything is an extra. No complimentary breakfast. Valley parking was way over priced. Not even a microwave in the room.
