Location. Comfortable and clean.
Breakfast room was too small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast items were often empty.
Hot tub was closed. The hot tub was one iof the main reasons we chose this hotel. It would be good if this was stated on the booking site. Probably wont stay again as I think there are better options in this price range.

Breakfast was adequate and the rooms are in dire need of a refresh. However, the staff, particularly Anamica who was at the front desk when we arrived, were phenomenal. Anamica was dealing with a very angry person while I waited and she did so in a calm and professional manner. I was impressed. She was pleasant and accomodating throught our 3 nights at this property as were every staff member we interacted with.
The entire place is in desparate need of a refresh and I don't just mean a coat of paint. While the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the tub was stained, the bathroom grout discoloured and the paint dull and lifeless.

Clean rooms and friendly staff
We booked specifically because they had a hot tub only to see note on the front door that it was closed for maintenance
