Clean , great location as it’s connected to skytrain
They could do something with stairs from lobby to spa/pool , certainly did not live up to test of property.

Location and staff were great. Location was good and right near the sky train and easy access to Vancouver downtown.

The location with the proximity to the Canada Line was great for getting around to the places we wanted to go to. We have stayed here a few times and it has always been a good snd pleasant stay.

Comfortable and clean. Great swimming pool.
Appalled that we were charged almost twice the rate that would have applied the following week, no doubt because of the FIFA World Cup. I think we should be offered some money back. Pure exploitation. Also irritated at check-in when staff insisted we used our credit card to guarantee payment rather than just taking full payment as we expected. Very muddled. Also computer system crashed as we were checking out so money could not be refunded to our credit card which caused serious problems when hiring cars. So, not happy about that.
