The gym was AMAZING. And the adult pool was very relaxing.

Not all the rooms are updated. We were placed in a very outdated “villa” and I asked to be moved and they claimed that they were fully booked…..which was not true.

Room super pretty and comfortable. The bar and lobby area is exquisite. Pools are fun and relaxing and lots to choose from. We took the historic tour and I recommend it. It was super fun and ended with a Tequila Sunrise which was delicious. Friendly tour guide!

Really not much I can say about what I did not like.

I liked the look of the accommodation

The pool near our hotel room was dirty, and there were no towels available when we arrived at around 16:00. We had to go to the large pool to get towels, but even there we could find only two towels for our party of three. To make matters worse, the sunbeds on one side of the pool were covered in bird droppings and clearly had not been cleaned. This was the most expensive hotel of our road trip, so we had expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, it turned out to be our worst hotel experience of the entire trip. Given the price we paid, the level of cleanliness, availability of basic amenities, and overall maintenance were very disappointing.
