In the bathroom, the bathtub side wall has soap dispensers attached to it, 3 of them. They should be placed on the front or back tiled wall, this way you want bumped into them accidentally as I did while taking a shower. Safety first. This is in room 337.

The location is excellent. Most of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are a few who need coaching on how to interact with guests. The mini store is convenient. I stay here because the good slightly beats out the bad.

The power went out and there was no backup generator. After hours of a power outage around midnight, the top-floor room got very hot. I could not sleep. The staff (gentlemen) at the front desk were not sympathetic in the least. There was no breakfast. There's an option to buy a "Starbucks" coffee which is just Starbucks beans in an off-brand machine at the cost of real Starbucks. The tiny muffin was $5, the most expensive small muffin I've seen. The carpet in the rooms is dirty. Turns your bare feet black. Compared to newer hotels, this is below par in terms of room cleanliness, breakfast, features, etc., but it's certainly not the bottom of the class.
