The location of hotel was good, walking distance to restaureants and shops. The facilities and hotel stuff are so nice but room was quite small!

There is no nice beach close by so you enjoy only pool which is locate at 8th floor.

Everyone was very courteous, friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel was technologically awesome!! We truly enjoyed our 2 days stay. Also enjoyed closeness to shopping mall, restaurants and beaches.

Would have loved a complimentary breakfast considering the higher prices paid for rooms.

Hotel was amazing, great location and friendly staff

The only fault was the balcony in the standard and city facing room was a Juliet balcony. I think they should advertise the rooms as having a Juliet balcony only rather than saying the room comes with a balcony. We paid for an upgrade to the ocean facing rooms and they have a balcony with a small table and a couple of chairs which was what we were expecting of a room with a balcony

The front desk staff were not very friendly and condescending. Some of the standard rooms are directly facing the swim pool so literally anyone near the pool can view the inside of your room. The privacy might be a big concern.

Loved everything, super comfy beds and a wonderful view, location was great, easy to get around to everything, beach restaurants etc, staff were so friendly and helpful!

Excellent location, was really quiet compared to other hotels in Waikiki that had traffic, loud music from nearby bars etc. staff were so welcoming and polite, and helpful

This hotel is in a great location, with amazing staff who go out of their way to ensure all your needs are met. It is incredibly clean with even the tv remote control wrapped on arrival! The technology is also great, with all lights controlled by an electronic panel near the bed.

The only negative is that the pool is only open 8am-6pm, and that the rooms are small. I was in a double queen room, with 2 adults and a 5 y old and it was tight. The bathroom is also very modern and clean, but again small with limited bench space and room to hang towels.

breakfast in another building they only offer 45 minutes-slots for breakfast - so you have to hurry. bread and juice ist not offered at the breakfast buffet: you have to order it and wait for some minutes in total it was a litte too expensive

Hotel was close to the beach but not in the midst of foot traffic . Quiet and peaceful.

The service was impeccable. Everyone from the pool staff to housekeeping was very helpful. Location is great just tucked off the main stretch. Very close to the beach. Retractable curtains were nice for at night.

Pricey but to be expected. Wish the pool was open a tad later.

Every interaction with any member of the hotel staff whether front desk, housekeeping or bell desk was genuinely exceptional. Very helpful, professional and courteous answering our questions or requests. Room had all amenities we needed. Also automated blinds, adjustable air conditioning, fabulous view from balcony and plenty of outlets to charge devices. In room coffee and small refrigerator a plus also.

The lobby area is overly air conditioned and is extremely cold. Could not enjoy this space for that reason. Moderate temperature in this area would be an immense improvement for the comfort of guests. The shower. Determining how to adjust the water direction from the shower head. Water shot back straight to the back of the tub enclosure at face level making the experience unpleasant. All amenities provided for guests come wrapped in clear plastic. Perhaps a little less packaging for items such as bath products.

Great location. Rooms were modern and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.

No bottles of water in the room. Heated toilet seat unable to switch off, and noisy in the middle of the night. Hotel is modern however lacks ambience. Not a deal breaker though, I would definitely stay there again.

Location was great and staff was friendly.

It has a definite " business" vibe which is nice for that purpose. Completely missing the Aloha spirit. No Flowers or pictures or Island vibe.. Lots and lots and lots of white plain walls.
