Enjoyed the special touches like automatic blinds, nice, large bathroom, mini kitchen. Excellent location for my needs, and attentive staff.

Elevator was a bit small

It was located in pretty convenient location. Accessible from many of touristic places and metro.

It said fully equipped kitchen but was not…. Kitchen tools were very poor we weren’t really able to cook anything. I think description needed to be changed. Didnt had kitchen scissors that I had to cut some things with knifes

Heat in bedroom did not work on first night. No hot air and noisy. We shut it off. Was fixed the second night. Two regular instant coffee packs and 2 decaf. No tea. High class. Poor lighting throughout. Thin coverlet on bed. Had to ask for blankets since the heater wasn't working.

I liked the warm Welcome from staff. The Location was perfect for a family of four females , age ranging from 71 yrs to 13yrs and 1 boy 17yrs old, Rooms was cleaned daily, your chambermaid certainly had there work cut out with our room Thank you.

I didn’t really like the fact that I upgraded to a bigger room and I informed Danny I would pay cash but he took it out of my account, haha I had saved the cash all week and we where informed the last day that we could have had 10dollars per day for complimentary drinks, other than that the service was excellent.
