Excellent location. Right in the city center, but without the its inconveniences. Close to public transportation, including the historic train.
A nice bonus is the free coffee and a water dispenser where you can fill up your bottle.
Very good value for the price.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff couldn’t not be more helpful. Excellent WiFi.
The furniture, carpets and decor were a little battered. The bath had no plug.

The hotel was very conveniently located near Union Square. The valet parking that was available at the hotel was really good and easy (apart from the price was quite expensive in comparison to LA and Las Vegas where we also stayed and used valet parking). The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable.
The hotel was quite dated and just needed a bit of TLC in parts. For example, the mirror in our bathroom was cracked and the lighting in our room wasn’t great. Again, we found the parking quite expensive.
