Seemed relatively good value ,nice pool area (unfortunately rained most of time there !) and friendly staff

Everything was so excellent, nothing was out of place, it’s really a great space to share your time

The staff definitely made this hotel. Tracy at reception was was welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The security outside were also superb and friendly.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Serviciile, atitudinea personalului nu tocmai prietenoasa, zgomotul din hotel. In tipul sejurului angajatii hotelului erau in greva si nu a fost o experienta tocmai placuta sa te trezesti in zgomot, sa nu poti sa chemi un uber in fata hotelului. Nu am primit niciun discount pentru tot disconfortul creat.

Couldn’t even get a glass of milk at night.

Absolutely nothing.

They ruined our vacation: 1. The quality of the hospitality was very low, hotel’s employees are not kind at all with the customer. 2. The Room was supposed to be “ocean view”, it was “construction site view” were the worker start a very noisy job at 7:00 am 2. The room was cleaned every day, we heard different excuses from the fake one like: “there was the do not disturb sign on the door” to the funny one: the cleaning company is not available the whole day because is 3rd party. 3. Delays every day to get the breakfast (between 30 to 45 minutes). When we expressed our complain, the answer for the manager on duty was that we were not the only customer at the hotel. 4. We need to store a medicine in the fridge, the one in the room was not working, to fix the issue took 4 hours. 5. Put on the top of all what listed above that you have to pay additional 45$ as parking fee and there is no other option where to park the car.

There was protest in the early morning which was very annoying!

the walkability is super. the staff that stepped in had great positive attitudes and tried making us comfortable.

there was a staff strike that made things uncomfortable in terms of feeling badly crossing the picket lines. we hope contracts are favorable to all parties.

The bed was super comfy!

The gym was small with no barbell and not much floor space to work out.

Room was nice and spacious, but with no view. And it faced a construction site. Location was so-so. Breakfast (which I paid for) was decent.

Was charged for 2 nights' parking when I didn't bring a car at all. I brought it to the attention of the staff while checking out and they assured me it'll be refunded. Haven't heard from the hotel yet about it even though it's been 1.5 months! We were also not given a tax exemption for another room I had booked for my extended family even though my cousin is entitled to it and gets it everywhere in the US, including hotels, restaurants, cafes etc. He was promised that'll be done at the time of checking in but we were subsequently denied. That's really disappointing...

Good room and very helpful staff especially Hugo the concierge.

The neighboring rooms aircon unit was on our deck and very noisy

Suite was nice size and nice Oceanview. Heated swimming pool. The Valet staff were great !!

There was employee strike while we there. Did not appreciate being woken up to drums and megaphone at 6am. Got no apology from staff working. Would have ranked higher if not for this. Strikers should not have impacted guests. That is a employee /management issue.

Lobby

Three receptionists gave me three different pieces of information on the yoga class. It was messy. No coffee and tra facilities in the bedroom.

Mike changed my room when the first one smelled like someone had smoked in it. He gave ms a fantastic room with a view. Highly attentive 10 stars

we woke to picketing in front of hotel- very awkward to cross picket line to leave.
