Front desk staff was terrific and also I needed a shuttle early in the morning to get to the airport and they were right on time

Real close to the airport. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant & helpful.

The breakfast food wasn’t great & the woman who was refilling the buffet kept giving me & my *service* dog dirty looks. If she was curious she would/could have smiled. My dog had his vest on & is EXTREMELY well behaved too so there was no reason to look at us that way.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to the airport. They gave us a to-go bag with muffins, fruit and water which was a nice touch as we had to leave before breakfast.

My bed was fine and my bathroom was clean. My check in hosts was very very nice and helpful.

I sat on the couch in my room and was bitten by something on my arm and around my waist. I reported it to front desk. They say they checked the couch and found nothing. They didn't offer me to change rooms or anything. It made my stay very uncomfortable. My bed was fine, no bugs. I kept my luggage and everything in the bathroom on the counter.
