I had just took a red eye flight and landed off the plane from california around 9:30am I catch a Lyft to this hotel just for them to be unable to accommodate me. they said they couldn’t let me check in until 3pm. I left them and went to double around the corner and they had no problem accommodating me with an early check in.

I like the kitchen area. Especially the cooktop with the kettle.

The entryway was not too impressive.

The staff was very friendly.

The tub/shower had a slippery spot and I fell out of the shower hitting the tube and toilet. When my husband reported the incident to the front desk and asked if they could provide a shower mat or strips to make the tube less slippery. It took 2 days for them to provide a bath mat. Not much concern for their guests well being..... Unfortunate,

The king size bed was incredibly comfortable.

Pool. Free laundry. Moning coffee. Gym. What more could you ask for? Then we got the most amazing suit it was perfect for our little family of 3 and we will be staying here again!!

room was dirty and hair all over sinks and bathroom One of the side doors was not working so that was a pain from where we were parked to walk in We were only allowed two towels at a time there’s a pool there with no towels so you had to use your room towels then contact the front desk to get more towels and we did that three times quite annoying

Aiden Dunlavey was EXTREMELY helpful and went out of his way to ensure we would have 4 am shuttle service to the terminal. Due to a last minute flight change by our airline, our departure time required us to be at the airport prior to the operating hours of the hotel shuttle service. Aiden made sure that their shuttle would be waiting for us at 4 am and it was. He and his ENTIRE staff are excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I also like that a pool is available. Very nice property.

Great location however, if you are arriving at night, be aware that Route 75 (the road the hotel is situated on) is VERY dark and has no street lights. It is also difficult to locate the hotel because it is set far back from the road and there is only a small sign at the entrance. Room had freshly glued floor planks in the kitchen area from repair work that likely occurred shortly before we arrived. While standing on the floor in front of the kitchen sink, excess glue came out of the seams and got on the soles of my shoes.
