The apartment is very spacious and everything seems to be in good shape. We mainly booked it as it has two separate rooms so two people can have their own rooms. It's in a very quiet neighbourhood with lake and parks nearby. Nice for a walk after supper.

The owner was not very responsive to requests and did not respond to my messages sent on the booking platform. We found out that we could stay there one more night earlier to attend an event. Got no response from the owner, so contacted Booking for the request, still no response after one week and thus had to cancel the plan. Then one week later suddenly found there was an extra charge from the hotel, only to be in formed that our request was approved with no phone call or anything to confirm. Had to call several times and finally got the refund. Lack of communication and kind of unprofessional! Although very quiet, but there was a very shabby vibe around. Can't imagine this is near the capital. The apartment we stayed is on the first floor, there was no sunshine, feeling very cold. If you stay here, always choose upper floors.

The ease of getting the keys. Apartment was very clean including the kitchen and the washroom.

Suggestion - It would be nice to have a non-skid mat for the bathtub.
