Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim by IHG

Location was perfect - not far from Disney and easy to get to. Parking was easy, and I appreciated the ability to park ahead of check-in time. Hotel room was great, bed was comfortable, and they had a water station downstairs that was very helpful. Big plus - AC was extra cold!

They wanted to charge me for breakfast even though it was included in the package I bought. The waiter kept harassing me while I was having breakfast, repeatedly telling me I had to pay immediately, and I had to say to him, "How dare you charge me for a breakfast you haven't even let me eat, and besides, it's a breakfast that's included in the reservation?" On the other hand, they wanted to charge me for checking in an hour early, but I preferred to wait. However, when I returned to get access to the room, they gave me cards that didn't work, and I had to ask them to come and help me. They realized that the cards weren't configured. So they charge for things and neglect the services they should be providing because they're focused on how to squeeze more money out of the customer.
