The main lobby and Art Bar in the morning was very dirty. The floor needed to be mopped and there was trash. I understand about rain and all but this was a cleanliness issue.
The Art Bar drinks were excellent and in the evening it was a good place to hang out, Having Ruth Chris's Steakhouse attached was great. Waiter was high class and fun

Great location. Excellent, large room and Ruth Chris great restaurant connected to it.
Overall Lack of hospitality. Our room was ready at early check in, but it would cost us $75 to get in. No water in the very small lobby A $10 credit to use in the bar for anything but alcohol? Silly. And the bar was closed for 2 of our 3 days. The walls in our very nice room, were so thin we heard EVERYTHING going on next door, including their bed banging against our wall. And the pool was closed for the season Sept 14th when it said it closed in October. It rained. No umbrella available to borrow.
