I liked the decor and the whole vibe of the property.

On the booking.com site it says the property has microwave. But the reality was, it didn't have microwave. We contacted the front desk and they were blaming booking.com. Afterwards, we contacted booking.com, and it said it was the property's issue...

Breakfast of stuffed French toast was awesome!

My bed was a bit uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed closest to the window sank on both sides and was raised in the middle. Room 503 I think it was.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!.. Staff could not have been better.. little restaurant and bar were delightful .. very clean and bed very comfortable.. room was very adequate.. WILL RETURN!

In providing feedback on my recent stay, I must express my profound disappointment with the quality of the sleeping accommodations. The mattress provided was excessively firm, lacking the necessary support and comfort expected of a reputable establishment. Furthermore, the pillows were notably shallow and discomforting, failing to offer the requisite cushioning for a restful night's sleep. Regrettably, these substandard furnishings resulted in a distressing experience, as evidenced by the development of a debilitating neck discomfort that rendered me immobile upon awakening. Such circumstances not only compromised my comfort but also instilled a sense of apprehension regarding the prospect of further rest. I trust that this matter will be addressed with the utmost urgency to ensure the provision of adequate and conducive sleeping amenities for future patrons and myself. Besides that, everything else is lovely.

I like that the guest relations used texting to my phone to ask how my stay was. I like that it was clean.

I didn't like the smell and aroma next to some of their valet staff because it was a hint of alcohol or weed. I didn't like that I came their initially to use their valet services for private parking. Yet, my last night, I was there. The valet took my keys and never parked my car in a private garage and left my car down the street where I parked it because there was no room in front of the hotel to leave it. He gave me his word that he was going to repark it for me. As I was checking out the hotel. The morning shift valet attendant did not know where my car was because it wasn't in the garage where it should have been nor were there any notes in the report. So, I am never going to stay at this location again because where the area is, you need someone looking over your car.
