The location.

The 250$ deposit. What was the purpose of the deposit when my room had patched up holes. Burn spots from cigarettes or what not on the dining table. Food from last visitors left in the refrigerator. Grapes on the floor from last tenants. Our bedroom lamp kept flickering on and off. Not a good return place for me.

The space was the only thing great about the property. It was a 2 bedroom apartment.

The apartment wasn’t clean. The staff changed the sheets and that’s it. The appliances were out dated and rusted. The king bathroom toilet was broke and the Queen bathroom shower didn’t work, which I informed the receptionist. He said he would have maintenance over there the next morning, they never showed up. The purpose of renting a space that size was to keep the privacy we had at home, but we had to use the kids toilet and they had to use our shower. I saw rodents, one was actually in my bed. Luckily it was my last night. It was a big blood stain on the floor. The need to really upgrade the rooms with paint and appliances for the price they charged, plus a $250 deposit. I know people live in these apartments as well so they need to do thorough expections of these places other than just letting them rent them. You could smell the marijuana all around the building, for it to be no smoking. I didn’t take photos, but the hotel needs work.

Kitchen was NOT stocked AT ALL. ONE spoon, NO knives, 2 forks, only ONE pan and it was badly scratched and could not be used. Also, NO soap in the bathroom. The coffee pot was missing the pot so we had to hold the button underneath the basket to let the coffee drip into mugs. Bathroom had hair, carpets had not been vacuumed, no hair dryer...I could go on and on. Very noisy property also, guest up all hours of the night running around yelling. On top of it all they charged me for two SERVICE animals which is against the law.

Location

Cut my foot on the floors. Staples were sticking out of the carpet around the edges. The bathroom was dirty and missing soap dispenser button. There were stains on the table and kitchen counter. The closet space had dark elevated stains through out.

The man that checked me in was nice and helpful

Absolutely nothing!

This place does NOT have elevators. I had two suitcases each weighing 23 kgs and I had to carry it 2 floors up and down. Which place on earth does not have elevators these days? Also, Breakfast gets over by 8:30 AM. 8:35 and boom! It's gone!
