The room was dirty, the sofa is like they bring it form trash. Carpet smells so bad!

I was pleased with the accommodation. I only stayed one night, but I would have used the self-catering facilities if I'd have stayed longer.

Full size fridge and fresh towels when requested.

The facility really wasn't very clean. If it was clean, it was a bit run down. Our bathroom had water damage and was barely clean, but It was priced low and in a fairly safe/good location.

Our room wasn’t very clean. Almost every towel we had was stained. Our bathroom door could not be closed or locked. The actual door for the room did not line up with the locks on the inside which is a safety issue. The flush handle on our toilet was broken and the shower was dirty. There were so many times when there was no one at the front desk. The plates provided in the room were not clean and had residue on them. There were holes in the ceiling and cracks all over the place. The bed was super uncomfortable.

The staff

The bed was so uncomfortable, horrible lighting, blood splats on the curtain and wall, the fridge did not keep anything cold at all. There was a lot of noise from the upstairs people sounded like they were coming through and there was what appeared to be an old leak that was bowed in the ceiling.

Location is easy on and off of highway and numerous places to eat close by.

Front door not handicapped accessible and was found that the double entrance was wide open 24 hrs a day very unsafe. Front desk clerk announced my room number out loud with people in the lobby amd i was a single woman guest. Electrical room wide open with a wet floor sign in front a fire hazzard. Furniture in room disgraceful and my a/c unit grate was broken and dirty.

Location is convenient.

No breakfast, dog poop everywhere, halls need deep cleaning, the odor in the room is unacceptable, heater/ac not working properly.
