Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Downtown

Great location, very friendly helpful front desk staff. Very nice breakfast

Temperature in room was difficult to control. It would be nice to have different pillow options on the bed (eg a firmer option).

Good location. Very helpful valet parking

Great location!

Walking distance to the venue and valet parking

The check in people were friendly & helpful. Valet did well. It was conveniently located.

For the cost of the room I was thoroughly disappointed in the cleanliness of the hallways. Our fireplace never worked even atfter being looked at. There was what appeared to be a dead centipede that they said was a burn mark in the microwave, however anyone that sees the picture says it’s a DEAD COOKED BUG. There’s nothing in the room that lets you know to start the ice maker which was inconvenient as there’s NO ice machines in building for public. The juice machine at breakfast was broken. I feel they could have provided another alternative solution for that.
