Nice clean hotel. I want to use their gym!

The location is great!!! Easy to get where you want to go!

The pool is pretty small. There is also no hot tub.

Infortunately they overbooked and when we arrived with a prepaid receipt we were told that our stay had been cancelled. We eventually got a voucher for another hotel but the hotel didn’t accept the voucher that night. We paid for the new hotel room. In the morning after returning to the Hampton inn we were told the new hotel nights bill would be covered. We hope to receive a refund. It was a mess and we were tired.

Good connection to Ameristar Casino.

Staff over charged me, didn't fix it. Told me the service charges (2) would fall off when I left. I asked them to call the manager and she could fix it. They called her, she was supposed to come in the next day to fix it and didn't. I asked them to have her call me, she didn't. Nothing was done to fix the situation. The toilet was loose. Had to have maintenance come and work on it. Old used tissue stuck in the tissue box. When I complained they just said they would write it down, but didn't. I will nit stay here again! I would like a refund!

It was great location by the zoo and very clean. The free breakfast was good too.

The pool area was very hot and needed more outside sitting area by the pool.

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly. Overall good stay!

Being on the 5th floor

Breakfast was great. The hotel is super close to the zoo and children’s museum

That the rules for your pool were not followed one night maybe cause of short staffed not sure there was lots of kids in pool not supervised by an adult when the sign says anyone under 14yrs old needs to have a parent.
