Harrah's Council Bluffs Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Room seemed nice with some upgrades like brass bathroom fixtures and granite floors, it looked clean. No smoke smell in the room. It was nice to be able to go to the casino and restaurants without leaving the building. Less than a mile to downtown Omaha.

Pulling up to check in was really confusing. There were 3 lanes of traffic under the entrance roof, but we were told we couldn’t use them to check in unless we paid for valet service. We had to park way out in the parking lot, walk in to check in, then find a luggage cart and drag it all the way back through the parking lot to get our luggage: all while the staff was standing around or helping valet customers. Once we got to our room, there were 2 water bottles sitting out with a card saying we couldn’t use them unless we pay $3 each. I found that to be extremely off-putting. There was a concert stage outside our window, but thankfully there was no concert that night. Worst of all, the next morning I woke up with bug bites on my foot, leg and torso. We will not be back to this place.

Clean, comfortable and good value.

Nothing to dislike.

Property was clean, great bar overlooking concert venue to relax. Staff was great

Could do without the smoking inside venue, but what can you do..

Very clean and easy access

The bedside lamp had a short so it would never stay on
