They had a problem with the fire sprinklers you couldn’t sleep at all with that noise. We asked about it they said deal with it?? Area not so great never bring children here not the kind of environment you would want them to see

We appreciated the affordability along with a good breakfast. The rooms clean and comfortable.
The noise of loud cars and motorcycles that started later afternoon and continued into early morning hours before quieting down.That was a Saturday night. Sunday was much better.I do realize you can't control that type of noise

The pool the common cents next door!!
There is 1 staff that was a little bit pig headed staff that don't seem to like guests that stay there!! Also they like to put families on the 3rd floor with kids and then the people below them complain and that family gets threatened to leave right then and there!! I don't think that's right quality inn kicks kids out in the middle of the night and cold temperatures just cause kids are winding down for bedtime!!!!! They need to come with different solutions for that!!

The two men at the desk were awesome! Joshua and Donald.
Booking.com lost my check-in in limbo due to time change. There need to be a fix for that. The hotel desk clerks at this Quality inn near Monument were able to solve the problem and work it all out so it was stress-free for me.

Unfortunately our room had bed bugs. The staff was quick to accommodate us and give us a different room.

The staff was polite and helpful. Beds were very comfortable.
Housekeeping was banging on my door at 8:30 am when check-out wasnt until 11!!! And no distancing in diningroom.
