Ink 48 Hotel

I think it was one of the best hotels ive stayed at in New York so far. The room was huge, the location was perfect and the rooftop bar had exceptional views

The gym could have more facilities. There could also be televisions with access to Netflix etc.

We loved everything about Ink 48. The view of the Hudson River from our room was amazing, and it made the perfect setting for a special trip. This was my wife's first holiday since giving birth a year ago, so it meant a lot to us that everything went smoothly. A special mention has to go to Jessica, the hotel manager, who was extremely welcoming and kind. Coming from London, she genuinely changed my perception not just of New York, but of America as a whole. The rest of the staff were just as accommodating, bringing a microwave, kettle and ironing board to our room without any fuss, and the cleaning was consistently top level throughout our stay. The location is ideal for families. It's only 15–20 minutes to Times Square, so you're close to the action, but far enough away to enjoy some real peace and quiet at the end of the day. There's also plenty to do right on your doorstep along the Hudson River. If we visit New York again, we'd definitely stay here. An amazing place.

I liked everything

I liked how spacious the room was. The staff were friendly. I also liked the views from the rooftop. Definitely beautiful. I also liked that checkout was for 12 pm and not 11 am which is usually too early for my liking.

Our toilet was clogged and was very smelly overnight. No one came to help overnight. We were there only for one night. In the morning, someone came to fix it, but it was too late. The fridge was very tiny and already filled with promotional things from the hotel. I would have liked an empty fridge better.

the roof, the easy calls to communicate with front desk

handheld shower head in room didn’t work, elevators didn’t work on first attempts, i selected late check out & my key card stopped working way before then, dirty towels, shower not cleaned thoroughly enough, unwiped cleaning marks, staff on rooftop was rude specifically the old bald dude, ac stopped working
