We needed a place to stay because of air traffic problems and the airport Marriott was okay. Room in need of updating was offset by location. The gym had great new equipment! Friendly staff.
After a horrible all-day array of experiences w American, I could have used a drink. But the bar was hideously expensive and; sadly, OUT OF CHEESESTEAKS!!! Oy. Also, the lack of signage guiding us to the hotel was disappointing. We walked endlessly through the airport parking garages schlepping our wheelies, before we were able to find the hotel. The airport and the hotel need to do a much, much better job of way finding.

I liked that I did not have to rush around in the morning. Traveling with a 3 year old is stressful enough. Was glad to book at the airport and that it was clean, staff was friendly.

The location is a favorite when we travel in and out of Philly. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. had a good meal in the bar area. Friendly waiter.
very disappointed this time. The hotel needs a renovation. The entire place smelled like cleaning products. the closet doors and the bathroom door would not close. The door to the room looked like it could literally be pushed open from the hallway. I expect the location to be pricey but this hotel is not a good value for the price. Outdated.
